This is a gorgeous vintage Premier Designs gold tone flower brooch with dazzling white rhinestones in the center from the 1980s. It features hammered and brushed leaves in a matte gold tone and has a pendant loop so that it can also be used as a necklace. Signed on the back PD and in very good condition. It measures about 2.25 inches wide.
